The Weird One is back and he hasn’t lost a step! Weird Al Yankovic shows that he is still the reigning king of music parody with the release of his newest album, Mandatory Fun, which hit stores and iTunes today.

But that’s not all! In a double whammy, Weird Al also chose today to premier the video for his newest single, a brilliant parody of the hit Pharrell Williams song “Happy,” packed full of hilarious cameos from Jack Black, Margaret Cho, Aisha Tyler, Kristen Schaal, and Modern Family‘s Eric Stonestreet. Check out the appropriately titled “Tacky” at the link below.

Mandatory Fun is Yankovic’s 14th studio album and includes parodies of other massive hits such as Lorde’s “Royals,” Imagine Dragon’s “Radioactive,” and Robin Thicke’s “Blurred Lines.” Throughout his storied career, Al has parodied some of the biggest superstars in the history of the music industry including Madonna (“Like A Surgeon“), Nirvana (“Smells Like Nirvana“), and, of course, Michael Jackson (“Fat“). He’s even given us a taste of his own special blend of Christmas magic.

This album marks the end of Yankovic’s contract with RCA, but according to The New York Post Al has no plans on calling it quits. Instead, he’s looking forward to a future of new projects and self-released material. Long live the Sultan of Spoof!
